Well the basis for all good paella is this….Spanish calasparra rice, good
chorizo, roasted pimentos, tomato, onion, garlic, peas, herbs and a
good fresh vegetable stock it’s left to slowly simmer away infusing all
of these flavours you can then choose to add

• Seafood (large tiger prawns shell on, Mussels, shrimp and squid)
• Meat (chicken thigh and drumstick, pork and chorizo)
• Vegetables (artichoke, broccoli, spinach, leeks and fennel)
• Mixed (Seafood and Meat)

Paella dishes are based on a minimum of two sharing and price is
per person it may also take longer to prepare due to the nature of
the dish not too long and your patience WILL be rewarded.
