Starters

Wholesome home-made soup (V)
Made every morning with fresh stock and served with bread roll and butter perfect for warming up, ask your server for today’s choice.

Cactus jacks classic Caesar salad (V)
Crispy cos lettuce, Sweet chilli marinated chicken strips, buttery garlic croutons, smoked bacon pieces all bound together in a thick creamy home-made dressing and finished with fresh parmesan shavings.

Crisp Cajun coated calamari
Beautifully tender squid rings lightly dusted in our own spicy flour mix fried until crisp and golden and accompanied by a lemon and herb mayonnaise.

Smokey BBQ wings
Crispy chicken wings braised in our Smokey chipotle BBQ sauce with blue cheese mayonnaise.

Homemade guacamole
Perfectly ripe avocados infused with fresh lime, garlic, red onion, tomato and chilli served with home-made tortilla chips.

Mains

Dry Aged 10oz Sirloin steak
Gorgeous dry aged steak cooked to your liking and accompanied by sautéed mushrooms and onions, Brandy pepper sauce and home-made steak cut chips.
Please note this dish incurs a €4.00 supplementary charge

Fajitas (V)
Tender pieces of marinated chicken fillet fried with crispy mixed peppers and onions and served on a sizzling platter accompanied by a selection of dips and warm flour tortillas.

Enchilada (V)
Soft flour tortillas stuffed with cheese, peppers, onion and your choice or spicy chicken or marinated beef fillet topped with salsa and melted cheese and served with re-fried beans, sour cream and salad garnish.

Supreme of Cajun chicken
Large chicken fillet in a Cajun marinade served with a half roasted bell pepper filled with garlic buttered new potatoes, rice and salad garnish. Finished with our creamy garlic sauce.

Latino
A ½ pounder served with roasted chorizo, red onions and jalapenos, melted Monterey Jack and lettuce, and then drizzled with a little smokey chipotle BBQ sauce, Served with fries.

Cajun butter basted salmon
Salmon fillet slowly basted in a Cajun butter sauce served with sautéed potatoes, fine beans and cherry tomato.

Desserts

 

Winter berry and banana bread and butter pudding
With warm custard and grated nutmeg.

Profiteroles
Little choux pastry puffs filled with Chantilly cream and drizzled in a rich chocolate chilli sauce.

Tequila and lime cheesecake
Delicious and subtle you won’t be disappointed with this Served with fresh cream and mango coulis.
